Manufacturing of precision punched parts and leaf springs on automatic punching machines with 180 to 600 KN pressure
(18 – 60 t). Process-integrated surveillance and control ensures the quality of the production. Delivered as bulk material or
belted on coils with partial refining and surface treatment to make full usage of all efficiency potential. Inner threads and assembled components. Construction and production of follow-on composite tools in our own, modern tool shop.
Manufacturing range: 0.08 – 2.50 mm thick and up to 200 mm wide.
